These have an inferior coating and as such, will wear quickly. They're still stainless steel underneath so they will be functional for years, they'll just change appearance to a 'concrete worn' look relatively fast. 

The action may be slightly rougher than normal at first but they'll wear smooth over time. 

They're still covered by out warranty so if something mechanical goes wrong, we'll sort it out. 

Our +61 (Plus Six One) range of production pens are our entry level Bolt Pens.

They have been outsourced to allow our customers to obtain a high quality pen at a more achievable price point. Just because they are cheaper doesn't mean they feel like it!

Production pens have clips marked with the +61 logo and come in a boxed packaging.

Our bolt action pens are designed with minimalism in mind. As they're one of the slimmest full sized bolt action pens available, they'll disappear into your pocket thanks to our deep carry clip. We now use a unique end cap screw instead of a torx bolt like we use to, this provides a neater finish and helps ensure clips aren't swapped out easily.

All main working parts are made in Taichung, Taiwan, except for the springs which are made here in Australia and shipped out for the assembly process. We wanted ensure the standard is on par with the pens we make here at home.
